Our process is designed to deliver a thorough, professional clean while taking care of your home and your belongings every step of the way.
1. Tell Us What You Need
Get in touch with a few details about your carpets, rugs or upholstery, including any areas that need particular attention.
We will then organise a time and date suited to you, to schedule a survey for the areas in question.
2. We Assess The Carpet, Rug And Upholstery
When we arrive, we'll take a closer look at the areas to be cleaned, as well as access and parking for the loading and unloading of equipment.
We assess the material, condition, level of soiling and any stains or marks that may require additional treatment. We'll also identify anything that could affect the cleaning process.
This allows us to choose the right products, equipment and cleaning method for your home.
3. We Prepare The Area
Before cleaning begins, we prepare the area carefully.
We take appropriate precautions around furniture, flooring and surrounding areas to help protect your home throughout the cleaning process.
We achieve this through use of corner guards, runners, poly blocks and other protective equipment.
4. We Treat Stains & Problem Areas
Stains and heavily soiled areas often need more than a standard clean.
We pre-treat areas that require additional attention, using products and techniques suited to the material and type of mark.
While we can't guarantee that every stain will completely disappear, our aim is always to achieve the best possible result without compromising the carpet or upholstery.
5. Professional Deep Cleaning
Once the area has been prepared and treated, we carry out the main clean using professional equipment and appropriate cleaning solutions.
Our aim is to remove embedded dirt, everyday soiling and residues that regular vacuuming can't reach, leaving your carpets and upholstery looking and feeling refreshed.
6. We Check The Results
We don't simply finish the job and walk away.
Once cleaning is complete, we'll inspect the areas we have worked on to make sure we have achieved the best result possible.
If an area needs further attention, we'll address it where appropriate. Sometimes this will mean applying advanced stain treatment more than once.
7. Drying & Aftercare
Your carpets and upholstery will usually feel damp after professional cleaning, so we'll explain what to expect and provide any relevant aftercare advice.
Good ventilation and allowing the area to dry naturally can help speed up the drying process.
We'll also let you know when the area is ready for normal use.
All details will be on an aftercare sheet provided at the end of the cleaning.
