Pet Urine - Stain & Odour Removal
We understand even the most well trained pet can have an off day whether it's due to illness, old age or they're a puppy and still learning. It leaves you with a nasty problem, especially if it happens on the carpet. Although we are able to tackle tough stains like urine, if left untreated, it can permanently damage carpet fibres and underlay. While we can guarantee successful urine extraction, there is potential for carpet and underlay damage that cannot be fixed through cleaning.
What We Do
- We begin with going through every area that is to be cleaned with a UV light - this will illuminate areas you were even unbeknownst to
- A urine treatment will be applied to each area as well as the immediate surrounding area - allowing the product to gain a deep reach, penetrating all affected areas
- Urine needs a specialist enzymic product before any other moisture is applied. This is vital as urine forms alkaline crystals that will absorb moisture during cleaning enabling the smell to resurface
- We leave the product to dwell for around 15 minutes - enabling the chemicals to breakdown crystalised urine
- The area is then precision extracted using our high powered machine and hand tool
