Cleaning times vary depending on the size of the property, the type of material the carpet is made from, the level of soiling, and any stain treatments required.

As a general guide:

• One room: approximately 45–60 minutes
• Hall, stairs and landing: approximately 1 hour
• Three-bedroom house: approximately 2–3 hours
• Upholstery suite: approximately 1 hour

No. Carpets typically only re-soil quickly when excessive detergent residue is left behind during the cleaning process, or if shoes are worn to walk across the carpet while still drying.

Hot water extraction (commonly known as steam cleaning) is widely recognised as one of the safest and most effective carpet cleaning methods available. It is also recommended by many leading carpet manufacturers. However, it is not recommended for certain types of carpets where the fibres will not react well to it. We pre-test carpet fibres before we begin any job to ensure the correct cleaning methods are used as well as the correct chemicals. 

Carpet shrinkage is extremely rare. During our pre-clean inspection, we assess the carpet fibres and construction to identify any potential risks before cleaning begins.

If we believe there is a significant risk, we will advise you beforehand and may recommend against cleaning if necessary.

While we achieve excellent stain removal results, no company can honestly guarantee that every stain will be completely removed.

Yes—we treat a wide range of common household stains, including tea, coffee, wine, food spills, and more.

The sooner a stain is professionally treated, the better the chances of complete removal.

It’s helpful if you can vacuum beforehand, as it saves time, but it’s not required. Vacuuming is included as part of our cleaning process.

We kindly ask that you:

• Remove small items from the area
• Move fragile or breakable items
• Ensure clear access to the rooms and areas being cleaned

This allows us to work safely and efficiently.

We are happy to move lightweight small items of furniture while we are there. Large heavy units like wardrobes, beds, display units will need to stay in place. We do ask that any fragile items are moved out of the way prior to our arrival.

Professional carpet cleaning can remove dog and cat urine stains and odours, allowing your carpets to come back to life, keeping your home feeling clean and fresh.

If it is left untreated, the ammonia in the urine can permanently stain the carpet fibres. If left untreated, it can also soak through the carpet and underlay and into the floorboards. This poses a larger risk of mould and potential structural issues.

Yes. In most cases, we can provide a quotation based on the information you give us over the phone or online. You can also send us pictures via WhatsApp of the areas or upholstery you would like cleaned for a more accurate quote.

Some larger or commercial properties may require a site visit before quoting.

Parking charges may apply in certain locations where paid parking is required.

If additional parking costs are necessary, we will always let you know in advance.
