Our Story
Hello, my name is Sarah and I’m the heart behind this business — a mum of two, living in a small village just outside Milton Keynes and Bedford.
I decided to take a leap into something fairly new to me. What started as a simple idea has grown into a genuine passion for creating cleaner, fresher homes. While I offer a range of cleaning services, carpet cleaning is at the core of what I do. Carpets are essentially huge air filters in your home collecting dust and debris. This means not only can you see results but you feel them.
There’s something incredibly satisfying about bringing carpets back to life — lifting stains, refreshing fibres, and helping a home feel truly clean again.
As a one-woman business, every job is personal to me. I take pride in being reliable, thorough, and approachable, treating every home with the same care and respect I’d give my own. Although I have been cleaning homes for years, Carpet Comeback is a brand-new journey for me, and I’m fully committed to learning, improving, and becoming a true professional in the craft of carpet cleaning.
I have completed two training courses to date, one with Njord and the other Clean Smart and am now certified by both. I have plans to complete training in carpet repair and dyeing by the end of 2026, allowing me to tackle almost any problems.
Whether you need a deep carpet refresh, a clinical reset to your home, or both, I’m here. I love making your space feel cleaner, brighter, and more comfortable.
