After Builders Clean

Building or renovation works can leave behind layers of dust and residue that standard cleaning cannot fully remove. Our after builders cleaning service is designed to tackle this challenge and restore your home to a clean, comfortable state.

We pay close attention to detail, ensuring that every surface is cleared of fine dust and construction residue.

Why? 

Carpets act like huge air filters on the floor and naturally trap a whole load of dust, dirt and debris. Hoovering alone will not get to the bottom of the carpet pile where all the soiling falls to. This is where hot water extraction comes in allowing your carpets a fresh start after building work. We are happy to offer a discount on this service when booked alongside the after builders clean.

Kitchen  (oven clean NOT included)

• Deep clean of the hob and extractor fan 
• Outside of the fridge-freezer  
• Clean and polish the sink and taps removing limescale
• Sanitise all surfaces, tiles and splashbacks
• Clean the outside of all cupboards and drawers 
• Scrub behind and under small worktop appliances
• Floors cleaned and refreshed

Bathroom

• Sanitise and scrub the inside and outside of the toilet
• Scrub the bath and/or shower trays
• Removal of hair, grime and build-up from plugs
• Clean and polish all glass and mirrors
• Clean and polish all taps, removing limescale
• Clean cabinets inside and outside
• Floors cleaned and refreshed 

All Other Rooms

• Spot clean and marks on the walls
• Wipe down all doors and door frames not missing the tops of the doors
• Dusting every surface, light shades and corners of rooms removing cobwebs
• Wipe down radiators, light switches and plug sockets
• Clean the inside of windows including the frames as well as windowsills
• Wipe down skirting boards
• Hoover all floors
• Mop all hard floors
